When it comes to our mission at Veterans Elite Services, giving back to our veterans is in the forefront of what we do. With the help of our affiliates, we come up with ways in which we can give back to those who have bravely served our country. As we work alongside our two partners – Operation New Uniform and Team RWB, we work together to help those who have sacrificed it all to have the support they need in the workforce.
Whether it’s working with ONU to help veterans build their professional skillset for an interview, or helping Team RWB reach out to veterans to get them involved with social and physical activities, we’re ready to work with our affiliates to give back to our veterans

OPERATION NEW UNIFORM
Veterans Elite Services (VES) is proud to recognize Operation New Uniform (ONU). ONU and VES’s missions have aligned for the past two years to impact, support, and empower the North Florida Veteran community. VES has consistently attended ONU events, hired ONU Veterans, and given back to ONU as we continually join forces to ensure the veterans have the skills they need to enter the workforce. ONU and VES’s missions are aligned to bring military standards to the workforce at large.
Operation New Uniform®, comprised of successful veterans, corporate professionals and accomplished educators, exists to ensure veterans are prepared to wear a “new uniform” and support them in the pursuit of their professional goals. ONU do this through an intensive professional development program that gives veterans confidence in their skills, prepares them to articulate their value, and ultimately leads them to the careers they deserve. For example, 89% of employed ONU Veterans are working full-time. 99% of ONU Veterans say they would recommend Operation New Uniform to any veteran who is leaving the military and is seeking a fulfilling career. With each cohort, we proudly graduate groups of veterans that feel fulfilled and prepared, and as these statistics show, they use this newfound confidence to find success in their new lives as civilians.

TEAM RWB
Veterans Elite Services is proud to be a part of Team Read White and Blue. Team RWB’s mission is to enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity. VES encourages its employees and clients to stay healthy and interact with the community, and RWB is one of the best organizations around that supports this endeavor. We participate in Team RWB events throughout the state of Florida and beyond. Our President, Joe Padlo, currently serves as the Veteran Outreach Director for Team RWB’s Jacksonville chapter.
